The measurements published on this site — coverage figures, citation counts, position records and the CSV exports on the data page — may be used freely, including commercially, with attribution to SERPens and a link to the page the figure came from.

They are provided as measured, without warranty. Google's results change continuously; a figure here describes the week it was taken and nothing else. The measurement date is printed on every page carrying a number.

API access is governed separately by the terms of the marketplace that issues your key.
